Get in the GreenZone with RedZone
Environmentally friendly collection system management solutions
Large interceptor pipes, trunk sewers and sewer tunnels generally account for less than 10% of a collection system, but because of conditions that are generally unsafe for people and access challenges, these valuable assets frequently go uninspected. And when they are inspected, environmentally disruptive techniques like bypassing are often used or people are put at risk via man-entry inspection methods. Our flagship inspection robot, the Responder, is designed to overcome the challenges associated with large pipe inspections. Responder can provide you the accurate and complete information that is required to understand and maintain these assets and avoid the potential catastrophes that are all too commonly associated with their failures.
Battery operated small pipe robots
There has never been a more environmentally friendly inspection technology than Solo. Small pipe represents the majority of a typical collection systems assets and common inspection techniques require gas guzzling CCTV trucks that are prone to breakdown and emit pollutants while in operation. RedZone’s Solo robots are battery operated, quiet and produce no harmful emissions. Solo can be deployed with minimal community disruptions and also during wet weather events to help truly pinpoint compromised pipes due to cracks and leaks.
Energy-Saving SaaS Platform
RedZone’s ICOM3 Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution is an energy-saving alternative to traditional on-premise inspection management, work management and asset management software solutions. By eliminating the need for on-premise hardware, RedZone's centralized data center helps companies substantially reduce energy consumption and costs associated with running mission critical applications. Also, when ICOM3 is integrated with any of te RedZone inspection robots, critical data is made available online, which reduces the need for paper in reporting and media for image capture.
