Dave’s communication style, sharp financial acumen, and ability to lead through change make him a vital force behind RedZone’s continued growth and transformation.

Mike Russin

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Russin brings nearly two decades of experience in the wastewater technology sector to his role as Chief Operating Officer at RedZone Robotics. Having spent 18 years at Envirosight and WinCan, Mike has earned a reputation for operational excellence, industry insight, and a deep commitment to building strong, lasting relationships. His leadership style is grounded in collaboration, and his journey reflects both personal growth and a passion for driving innovation in underground infrastructure. At RedZone, Mike is focused on scaling operations, optimizing performance, and helping utilities unlock the full potential of advanced inspection and data management tools.

Chris White

Vice President, Software

Chris White is the VP of Software at RedZone Robotics with over 15 years in the wastewater industry. With Mr. White’s support, RedZone has successfully aided engineers and municipalities in better understanding sensor technologies and data for managing their collection systems. He oversees the transition of data and software to the end-client and provides a hands-on approach to continuing education. His technical knowledge of RedZone’s technology and interpretation of deliverables is recognized as an asset to RedZone’s clients. Mr. White is a member of WEF, PWEA, and NASSCO Board Member.

Tim Renton

General Manager, Innovations

Tim Renton serves as Vice President of Product Development at RedZone Robotics, where he leads the evolution of the company’s advanced inspection platforms from his base in Auckland, New Zealand. With over a decade of experience designing wastewater technologies—including six years as Chief Development Officer at CleanFlow Systems—Tim combines deep technical expertise with a passion for solving real-world infrastructure challenges. Since joining RedZone in 2017, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product strategy and driving innovation in autonomous robotics, sensor integration, and data capture technologies used worldwide.

Sam Cancilla

Vice President, Business Development

Sam Cancilla is Vice President of Business Development at RedZone Robotics, bringing over 25 years of experience in trenchless technology, robotic inspection, and pipeline rehabilitation. Based at RedZone’s Pittsburgh headquarters, Sam has held key roles including General Manager and Director of Responder Robotic Services and Estimating. He has led condition assessment projects in more than 500 major cities, overseeing inspections of over 70 million feet of pipe using technologies such as Digital CCTV, sonar, LiDAR, and HD profiling. Sam played a pivotal role in the development of RedZone’s signature robotic platforms—including Responder™ and Solo™—and is named on multiple patents. A trusted voice in the industry, he remains actively involved in groups such as NASSCO, ASTM, AWWA, and NASTT.

Nicole Gianvito

Human Resources Director

Nicole Gianvito is the Human Resources Director for RedZone Robotics. Nicole has over 20 years of human resources experience working in various industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and engineering. Nicole manages the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. She carries out responsibilities in functional areas such as employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and recruitment and retention. Nicole partners with the CEO and other members of the RedZone team to ensure people resources and policies exist to help achieve operational goals via development and communication of sound people strategies. Nicole has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and holds a certification of PHR and SHRM-CP.

Chuck Pulaski

General Manager, Infrastructure

Chuck Pulaski is the Vice President of Operations for the deployment team. He has 30 years of experience in the wastewater conveyance industry. Under Mr. Pulaski's supervision, RedZone has successfully inspected several hundred thousand feet of small and large diameter pipes utilizing multi-sensor technology throughout North America. He oversees the robotic equipment and maintains the working capability. Mr. Pulaski maintains a current Confined Space, NASSCO PACP, MACP, and PACP
